Call a helicopter

Hold D-pad Down. From where you stand. A switched-on radio is needed, as with chat.

The game's own command menu has every SkyCab call too: D-pad Right + L1 (Updated controller preset) or Touchpad + L1 (Legacy), then SkyCab.

Using them

Nothing to set up from SkyCab 4.0.1: these work as soon as the server runs it.
Tap the D-pad direction and the face button together.
To see or change one, open Settings, Controls, pick SkyCab, and look at the Controller column.

Go now needs the buttons held for 2.5 seconds; a bar on screen fills while you hold. It only works for the player who called, once aboard, with a destination set.
Holding a D-pad direction on its own still does its normal job (flashlight, binoculars, bipod), so keep combos quick except for Go now.
The handheld radio (inspect it while it is on) has every call too, plus Go now (hold) and Music on/off.
