AIRBORNE SNIPER PLATFORM LICENSE

Version 1.0, October 2026

This license covers the Arma Reforger mod AirborneSniperPlatform (Workshop name Airborne Sniper Platform), including its scripts, configuration files, documentation and any future updates published under this license (together, the "Mod"). "Warhawk Division", "we" and "us" mean the Warhawk Division gaming community that publishes the Mod. "You" means anyone who downloads, installs or uses it.

1. WHAT YOU MAY DO

Play on our servers. You may download, install and load the Mod only so that you can join and play on game servers run by or for Warhawk Division ("Authorized Servers"). Arma Reforger downloads the Mod automatically when you join one, and that is permitted.
Bohemia Interactive may host, distribute and display the Mod on the Arma Reforger Workshop. Nothing in this license limits any right Bohemia Interactive has under the Arma Reforger End User License Agreement, the Arma Reforger Tools End User License Agreement or the Arma Reforger Workshop Terms of Use.

Everything not listed in this section is reserved by Warhawk Division.

2. WHAT YOU MAY NOT DO

Unless Warhawk Division gives you written permission first, you may not:

Run, host or load the Mod on any server other than an Authorized Server.
Copy, modify, adapt, translate, decompile, or extract the Mod's scripts or other files, or create derivative works from it.
Re-upload, mirror, repack or redistribute the Mod, in whole or in part, including inside mod packs, other mods, or as a dependency of another mod.
Use the Mod, or anything made from it, commercially, or monetize it directly or indirectly. This includes charging for access, putting it behind paid perks, selling it, or using it to promote a paid product or service.
Use the Mod, or any part of it, outside games and products made by Bohemia Interactive.
Use the Mod for anything other than entertainment and recreation, for example for real-world military, professional, occupational or educational training.
Use the names Warhawk Division or Airborne Sniper Platform, or the Warhawk Division crest, in a way that suggests your mod or server is made, run or endorsed by Warhawk Division.
Remove or change this license or any copyright notice in the Mod.

3. DATA THE MOD RECORDS

On your computer. The Mod does not save any file on your computer. It adds one key binding (U) to the game's input settings, which only exists while the Mod is loaded.
On the server. The Mod does not write anything to the game server's log or to any file on the server.
Nothing else. While you sit on a bench seat of a Little Bird helicopter, the Mod checks, on your own computer, the name of the vehicle and the direction your rifle points, so that it can raise your rifle and block firing outside a safe arc. This is used in the moment and is not stored or sent anywhere by the Mod. Raising the rifle and firing it are synchronized between players by the game itself, the same as on foot. The Mod sends nothing to Warhawk Division or anyone else. It does not record your player ID, name, IP address, chat, voice, or anything else from your computer.

4. BOHEMIA INTERACTIVE

The Mod is published on the Arma Reforger Workshop and must be used in line with the Arma Reforger End User License Agreement, the Arma Reforger Tools End User License Agreement and the Workshop Terms of Use. If anything in this license conflicts with those documents, they prevail. This license grants no rights in Bohemia Interactive's games, tools or content. Bohemia Interactive is not a party to this license and is not responsible for the Mod.

5. OTHER MODS

The Mod is made to work with the MH-6M Little Bird helicopter from other Workshop mods that a server already loads, such as WCS AH-6M, and with any helicopter built on it. Those mods remain their authors' property and are covered by their own licenses. This license grants no rights in them, and the Mod contains none of their files.

6. ASKING FOR PERMISSION

To ask about any use not allowed above, contact Warhawk Division staff through the Warhawk Division Discord server (discord.gg/warhawk). Permission only counts if it is given in writing by Warhawk Division staff.

7. ENDING THIS LICENSE

This license ends automatically, without notice, if you break any of its terms. When it ends you must stop using the Mod and delete any copies you made.

8. NO WARRANTY

The Mod is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Warhawk Division is a volunteer hobby community. To the fullest extent the law allows, Warhawk Division and its members are not liable for any claim, damages or other liability arising from the Mod or its use, including loss of game progress, characters, equipment, vehicles, data, or server performance.

9. FUTURE VERSIONS

Warhawk Division may publish future versions of the Mod under a different license, including a more open one such as the Arma Public License Share Alike (APL-SA). Each version is covered by the license it was published with.

10. GOVERNING LAW

This license is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, matching the Warhawk Division website's Terms of Use.

This license was drafted for a hobby community and has not been reviewed by a lawyer.
